In my free time this year…
I’d like to design something outside of work. Apparently, I thought about this chair competition last year.
I haven’t been able to donate time like I’ve wanted so now I’m going to try and get LS3P into donating time as a firm to help out. The 1% Solution and a few others are going to be my starting point.
I’ve also become tired of watching people talk about doing better design for the environment. Let’s start. Check out plans for Chicago’s future by UrbanLab.
Hopefully all this will be followed/ accompanied by some ARE exams and a certification/ accreditation or two [ CDT, LEED, etc. ]
