Project Role
As the Project Job Captain, I was part of the initial schematic design team. After moving in design development I began to generate the 3D models and imagery shown below. My use of Revit and Artlantis Render allowed us to generate many design and finish ideas as we worked towards this final presentation. During construction documents, I was responsible for document and file management while coordinating with MEP and AV consultants to finalize plans and details. During the four phase construction process I have been the point person for all design changes, construction administration and additional design services while working directly with our Client.
Technology
This project was one of the first projects for OPX to use Revit as a design tool. The key design elements that I was able to model were also used as the basis for the interior elevations. The project was completed in AutoCAD Architecture, but it was the start for the firm to begin training employees in Revit.
